Sell tickets on your site, not someone else's

A ticketing system built for your events, shows, courses or excursions: your ticket types, your capacity and your customers, inside the website you already have, as long as your website allows it.

What changes when you sell on your website

How you do it today What changes What it takes
You sell on a ticketing platform that takes a cut of every sale. You sell on your website with no middleman taking a cut; the payment gateway charges its fee, as with any online sale. A payment gateway connected to your website.
Your buyers' data stays on the platform. Your buyers' data, collected with their consent, stays on your website or on the server we agree on. An up-to-date privacy policy.
You track capacity on a separate sheet and worry about overselling. Sales for each session close by themselves when capacity is reached. Knowing the capacity of each session.
At the door you check tickets against a printed list. Each ticket has its own code and is scanned with a phone. A phone with a camera at the door.
Every ticket is the same, even though your event isn't. You create ticket types: standard, concession, group or with extras. Deciding which ticket types you want.

How we build it

  1. We look at how you sell today

Ticket types, sessions, capacity, how you take payment and how people get in. That tells us what needs to be built and which payment gateway to use.

  2. We give you a price and a date

We send you a fixed quote with the delivery date. If what you need is a small change, we handle it with an hourly package.

  3. We build it and run test purchases

We set up sales on your website and run test purchases and check-ins before opening them to the public.

  4. We leave it ready to sell

We hand it over ready for the date we agree on. If you want it kept up to date along with your website, we look after it as part of a maintenance plan.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on what it has to do and on your website, so we quote it individually and give you the price before we start. Small changes are handled with an hourly package; projects have a fixed price. We give you the delivery date along with the quote.
Not to us. The payment gateway charges its fee on each payment, as with any online sale; what you don't have is a platform in the middle taking a cut of every ticket.
Yes. Each ticket has its own code and is scanned with a phone; if a ticket has already been used, the system flags it.
Usually not. We build it into the website you already have, as long as your website allows it; if it doesn't, we tell you before we start and work out an alternative together.
We leave it up and running. To keep it up to date along with your website, you can carry on with a maintenance plan (Essential, Smart or Business); if you'd rather handle it yourself, that's fine too.
