Your site takes a while to load, especially on mobile. The usual causes are hosting that falls short, oversized images or caching that isn't set up. Test the site with PageSpeed Insights on mobile and desktop, and keep the result as your starting point.
PageSpeed Insights gives it a low score or flags Core Web Vitals in red. One of the metrics Google uses to measure page experience falls short of the recommended level: loading, responsiveness or visual stability. Check which metric is in red and which elements the report points to before installing anything.
The page jumps around while loading and you tap the wrong thing. Images, ads or fonts load without space reserved for them; that's what CLS measures. Note which pages it happens on and which element pushes the rest down: that's the clue to fixing it.
You tap a button or open the menu and it takes a while to respond. Too much JavaScript from plugins, the theme or third-party tools is keeping the browser busy; that's what INP measures. Review your active plugins and switch off the ones you don't use, always with a backup taken first.
You've tried caching plugins and the site is still just as slow. Caching helps, but it won't fix slow hosting, huge images or plugins that load too much. Don't stack caching plugins: keep a single one, set up properly, and measure again.

    We check images, CSS, JavaScript, caching and lazy loading to find what really weighs it down, instead of trying changes blindly.

  3. We fix it on your site

    We apply the fixes: we optimise images, CSS and JavaScript and set up caching and lazy loading. The goal is a Lighthouse score of 90 or more.

  4. We show you the before and after

    We measure again with the same tools and give you the result next to the starting point, so you can see the improvement in the data.
